Gregg L. Zeff, Of Counsel

Mr. Zeff has been practicing civil rights law for over 20 years. His experience includes labor and employment law; educational law [including professors, teachers, staff and students of educational institutions], all discrimination law and various civil rights suits supporting police and firefighters.
Zeff began practicing in 1988, protecting the rights of prisoners and victims of police misconduct.

Zeff’s practice then turned toward protecting the rights of police, firefighters, correctional officers and other civil servants who were victims of wrongful employment practices including racial discrimination, sexual discrimination and ethics monitoring (whistle blowing) activities.
In addition to public safety officials and civil servants, Zeff represents people in all aspects of education including provosts, deans, professors, principals, teachers, students and custodians; as well as union members and executives.

Zeff has also represented and fought for other victims of wrongful employment practices — outside of the two above mentioned concentrations — regarding racial discrimination, sexual discrimination, civil right infringements, labor and employment law breaches and ethics monitoring (whistleblowing).
